GET FREE Health & Safety Protocols
Rooted in Black feminist traditions of care, safety, and collective protection, we are committed to creating a safe and nourishing environment for all attendees. Our health protocols reflect this commitment by modeling the highest standards of onsite safety.
As part of our Health & Safety requirements, all attendees must:
Submit a daily self-administered COVID-19 rapid antigen test result prior to leaving your hotel room each morning.
COVID-19 tests will be available for pickup at the registration desk, including two (2) at-home rapid tests designated for use on June 6 and June 7.
We will use a HIPAA-compliant Jotform to securely collect your daily test results.
Please note:
Masks are not required during the convening, but you are welcome to wear one based on your comfort and needs.
For the safety of our community, anyone experiencing a known illness, fever, or symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or other communicable diseases is prohibited from entering convening spaces.
Thank you for honoring our collective well-being by following these protocols and practicing community care.
