Attending Get Free

  • No, to accommodate all dietary requirements and accessibility needs, attendees are required to register online before the deadline on April 5th.

  • Yes, the convening will take place at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and it is recommended that attendees lodge there.

  • The agenda will be on our itinerary page when it is available.

Get Free Accessibly

Staying Safe at Get Free 

  • All attendees and children aged 5+ must wear masks indoors at the venue.

  • Yes, Get Free attendees and children aged 2+ must submit proof of vaccination in the Whova app (direct link and instructions will be sent to registrants’ inboxes).

  • Attendees must attain a Rapid Antigen or PCR test at least 72 hours before arrival at the venue. Self-administered test results must be uploaded to the registrants' profile in the designated portal with a timestamped image of the test kit by June 5. In addition, attendees are required to test each day before convening with other attendees.

  • Antigen tests, masks, and hand sanitizer will be available and included in your registration kit. A COVID safety manager will be onsite to provide instruction and mitigate COVID-19 concerns.
