Yes, the convening will take place at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and it is recommended that attendees lodge there.

All attendees and children aged 5+ must wear masks indoors at the venue.
Yes, Get Free attendees and children aged 2+ must submit proof of vaccination in the Whova app (direct link and instructions will be sent to registrants’ inboxes).
Attendees must attain a Rapid Antigen or PCR test at least 72 hours before arrival at the venue. Self-administered test results must be uploaded to the registrants' profile in the designated portal with a timestamped image of the test kit by June 5. In addition, attendees are required to test each day before convening with other attendees.
Antigen tests, masks, and hand sanitizer will be available and included in your registration kit. A COVID safety manager will be onsite to provide instruction and mitigate COVID-19 concerns.
